know about you so we can provide you with the best insurance
information possible and other products and services
you have inquired about. We may also need information

we need to know about you includes your address, age
and other basic information. It may also be necessary
for you to provide additional information, including
financial and employment information, details on your
personal health, hobbies, business you conduct with
us, with affiliated companies (our “affiliates”)

know about you confidentially. The more we know about
our customers, the better we can serve their wants and
needs through our organization. Our employees handle
our customer’s personal information with the utmost
respect for all state and federal laws and privacy concerns.
Consumer privacy is our number one concern. Employees
may have access to personal information only when there
is an absolute necessity and under strict company guidelines
and supervisor approval. We make serious efforts to
ensure our computer data bases are secure and to safeguard
all personal information. We are serious about your

Can You See and Correct Your Information: Generally,
we will let you review what we know about you if you
ask us in writing. (Because of its legal sensitivity,
we will not show you anything that we learned in connection
with a claim or lawsuit.) If you tell us what we know
about you is incorrect, we will review it. If we agree
with you, we will correct our records. If we do not
agree with you, you may tell us in writing, and we will
include your statement when you give your information
to anyone other than our affiliated companies.

You Can Get Other Material from Us: In addition
to any other privacy notice we may give you, we must
give you a summary of our privacy policy once a year.
