What We Need to Know About You: We need to know about you so we can provide you with the best insurance information possible and other products and services you have inquired about. We may also need information from you and others to help us verify your identity in order to prevent identity theft, money laundering, and terrorism.

What we need to know about you includes your address, age and other basic information. It may also be necessary for you to provide additional information, including financial and employment information, details on your personal health, hobbies, business you conduct with us, with affiliated companies (our “affiliates”) or with other companies.

How We Learn About Our Customers: We treat what we know about you confidentially. The more we know about our customers, the better we can serve their wants and needs through our organization. Our employees handle our customer’s personal information with the utmost respect for all state and federal laws and privacy concerns. Consumer privacy is our number one concern. Employees may have access to personal information only when there is an absolute necessity and under strict company guidelines and supervisor approval. We make serious efforts to ensure our computer data bases are secure and to safeguard all personal information. We are serious about your privacy.

How We Use and Disclose What We Learn About You: If necessary, we may use anything we know about you to help us better serve you. We may use it, and disclose it to our affiliates and others, for any purpose allowed by law. For instance, we may use your information and disclose it to others, in order to:

If we do not agree with you, you may tell us in writing, and we will include your statement when you give your information to anyone other than our affiliated companies.
